Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product, please follow these steps:
1. Report the Issue: Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at hello@diocles-care.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9987412944. Include your order ID and clear photos of the incorrect product received.
2. Review Process: Allow us up to 48 working hours to assess your request.
3. Product Collection: Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup of the incorrect item via our courier partner.
4. Alternate Options: If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will provide guidance on alternative options for return.
5. Replacement or Refund: After the product is picked up, we will dispatch the correct item (subject to availability) or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
Damaged Item
If the product is damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:
1. Raise a Request: Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product at hello@diocles-care.com or via WhatsApp with your order ID and photos of the damaged item.
2. Review Process: We will evaluate your request within 48 working hours.
3. Product Collection: If approved, we will initiate a pickup of the damaged product.
4. Alternative Arrangements: In locations where reverse pickup is not available, we will assist you with an alternative return process.
5. Replacement or Refund: Once the damaged item is collected, we will either ship a replacement (subject to availability) or provide a refund.
Cases Where Return/Replacement Is Not Possible
We cannot accept returns or offer replacements in the following situations:
1. The product has been opened, used, or altered in any way.
2. Original packaging (including labels, seals, and mono cartons) is missing.
3. The return request is made more than 3 days after delivery.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
Shipping Charges
1. We offer free shipping on orders above a specified minimum value, as updated on our website. For other orders, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
2. We also provide a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option for your convenience.
