Incorrect Item Delivered
If you've received the wrong product, please follow the steps below to request a replacement:
1. Initiate a Request: Contact us within 3 days of delivery via email at hello@diocles-care.com or through WhatsApp at +91 9987412944Â . Please include your order ID and clear pictures of the incorrect item.
2. Review Process: Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
3. Product Collection: Upon approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the incorrect product from your location.
4. Alternate Arrangements: If our reverse pickup service is not available in your area, we will provide you with an alternative option for returning the product.
5. Replacement or Refund: Once the incorrect product is collected, we will ship the replacement item based on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will initiate a full refund.
Damaged Item Received
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
1. Initiate a Request: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@diocles-care.com or on WhatsApp at +91 9987412944 with your order ID and photos of the damaged product.
2. Review Process: Allow us 48 working hours to assess your request.
3. Product Collection: If approved, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged item.
4. Alternate Arrangements: In case our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will offer an alternative solution.
5. Replacement or Refund: After the damaged item is collected, we will dispatch a replacement. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Conditions for Return/Replacement
We are unable to accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
1. The product has been opened, used, or altered.
2. The original packaging (including boxes, labels, etc.) is missing.
3. The return/replacement request is made after 3 days from the date of delivery.
4. Returns and refunds are not applicable for specific categories that would be explicitly mentioned on the product display page itself.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is processed. Once an order has been processed and is in transit, we cannot cancel it.
Shipping Charges
1. We offer FREE Shipping on orders above a minimum amount, which will be displayed at checkout.
2. Cash-on-Delivery is also available. Shipping charges, if any, will be shown during checkout and are final.
Pricing Information
1. We strive to provide accurate product and pricing details. However, occasional errors may occur.
2. Prices are confirmed only after your order is placed. If we find a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or decline any orders, unless the product has already been dispatched.
3. In case of a pricing discrepancy, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel your order and inform you accordingly.
4. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
